What should I do if my order has not arrived when expected?

First, don’t panic. Overall, we’ve found the USPS to be very reliable. However, occasionally a package is lost in transit. If your package is overdue, please let us know as soon as possible, either via e-mail at, or telephone at (800) 945-2448.

If you’re not sure if it has been too long, don’t take a us. We ship your order with delivery confirmation, so we might be able to track down the package for you. And, we can provide you with proof from the USPS that your package was sent, so you can rest comfortably.

If the USPS does lose your package, we’ll get another order out to you immediately on our dime.
