How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

How do I track my order?
 

We usually ship your order via the USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail services.  The USPS does not offer tracking information for these services.  If you have selected to ship your package via Express Mail, you can e-mail us at info@zilchmixers.com for a tracking number.

My order never arrived.
 

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact customer service for assistance at info@zilchmixers.com.

An item is missing from my shipment.

My product is missing parts.
 

If your order is incomplete, please contact customer service at info@zilchmixers.com.

When will my backorder arrive?
